Greek Turkey Burger w/ Tzatziki & Dill Pickle Hot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds of ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup kalamata olives
  • Juice of 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 cup of feta cheese

Tzatziki Hot Sauce:

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cucumbers (diced)
  • 2 tablespoons of Chucky Hot Pickle Habanero
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh dill

Preparation

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl, and form into 10 to 12 burger patties. Cook on grill and tell it turn temperature reached 165°F. (Can freeze leftover cooked or raw patties for later use.)

Tzatziki hot sauce combined all ingredients in a bowl top a tablespoon of this creamy and delightful sauce on top of your burger, if desired.
